Teaching Assistants (Scale PS4, £14,611 to £16,138 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, (FTE £18,698 to £20,653 per annum))

Location: Chart Wood School, Merstham, RH1 3PU Hours: 33 hours per week, Term Time Only

We are looking for someone with drive and creativity to work under the guidance of teaching staff to support learners to make exceptional progress in all aspects of school life. You will supervise and provide particular support for pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities and create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans and assist with the display of pupils’ work.

The difference in my boy since he started at Chart Wood a year ago is amazing and really positive. My boy loves all aspects of his school day and now comes home a lot calmer and happier. I wouldn’t want to place him anywhere else now.
