Waking Nights Officer (Scale PS4, £18,684 to £20,637 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance (FTE £18,698 - £20,653 per annum))

Location: Chart Wood School, Merstham, RH1 3PU Hours: 42.2 hours per week, Term Time Only

We are looking for someone with drive and creativity to work under the guidance of Head of Care to provide quality care and promote a nurturing and supportive environment in which a flexible and tolerant response can be made to the needs of individual pupils.  A confident and flexible approach is needed as a means of positively influencing students social, emotional, behavioural and educational development in an environment in which they can feel safe, comfortable, secure and able to work to their full potential. Pupils’ welfare is paramount in all aspects of the job role.
