Staff across our schools are encouraged to fulfil their own potential by engaging in ongoing training, mentoring and support in order to achieve the highest standards.

All staff at Chart Wood School are supported with regular CPD opportunities to enable them to develop their skills to be able to better support our students both educationally and socially.
