Chart Wood School will, as far as possible, remain open to support the families of key workers and the vulnerable children we serve. Please contact us on admin.merstham@cws.surrey.sch.uk if you need anything, and on dsl@cws.surrey.sch.uk if you have any safeguarding concerns.

New school

We are delighted to announce that our new school build is underway. We are due to move to the Dorking campus in September 2020. The building was previously a school and will be reconfigured and renovated to suit the needs of our students. Currently road works are underway to make a new route into the school too.

We have been excited to see the progress so far and will keep this page updated with the major milestones in the project. Below you can see the start of the works:

The difference in my boy since he started at Chart Wood a year ago is amazing and really positive. My boy loves all aspects of his school day and now comes home calmer and happier. I wouldn’t want to place him anywhere else now.
